Do I need to wear a mask?
OUTSIDE: (Including the Festival grounds): In general people do not need to wear masks when
outdoors. However, per CDC recommendations, in areas of substantial to high transmission, people who are not fully vaccinated are encouraged to wear a mask in crowded outdoor settings or during activities that involve sustained close contact with other people who are not fully vaccinated. INSIDE: Unvaccinated individuals are required to wear masks indoors. Masks are not required for
vaccinated individuals, but are encouraged when inside.
Do I need to provide vaccine verification or a negative Covid test to access the Festival grounds?
Yes, prior to exchanging your tickets for wristbands, you will be asked to provide a vaccine verification or negative COVID test that has been taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to October 8th, 2021. Any antigen or PCR test will be accepted. Home tests will not be accepted. The negative results will need to show your name and the date the test was taken.
What forms of vaccination proof are considered acceptable?
One of the following is an acceptable form of proof of vaccination: 1) COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control & Prevention or WHO Yellow Card1) which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and
date doses administered) 2) A photo of a vaccination card as a separate document 3) A photo of the client's vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device; OR 4. Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider.
What forms of negative test results can be used?
The following are acceptable as proof of a negative COVID-19 test result: 1) A printed document from the test provider or laboratory 2) An electronic test result displayed on a phone or other device from the test provider or laboratory. HOME TESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ***The information should include person's name, type of test performed, and negative test result
Will I need to provide a negative test result for each day that I will be attending the event?
No, the negative result provided to receive your wristband during your ticket exchange will remain valid for the entire weekend.
When and where can I exchange my tickets for wristbands?
Tickets can be exchanged for wristbands at the below location and times: Thursday 10/7
Shuffleboard Court (located adjacent to the lobby) from 2pm-8pm Friday 10/8
Shuffleboard Court (located adjacent to the lobby) from 12pm-10pm Saturday 10/9 and Sunday 10/10
Main Gate or VIP Gate 8am-6pm
Can I pick up tickets for my friends or family members?
Each ticket holder will have to be present for ticket exchange. You cannot pick up wristbands for other individuals. Wristbands will have to be secured by our staff at the time of the exchange
Will Covid testing be available onsite?
