Single Day tickets will be available once the artists performing each day have been announced.

If your credit card was declined when attempting to place an order, it may appear on your bank statement as a pending transaction. Some banks and credit card companies place a hold on a pending transaction for a certain period of time (usually 3 to 5 business days) and then release the funds back into your account. If you have any further questions, please contact your bank and/or credit card company.

You may print out your e-ticket(s) or show them on your mobile device to scan in and exchange for a wristband upon arrival. Please make sure the QR codes print correctly.

For ages 12 and under, General Admission tickets can be purchased day-of-show near the Main Front Gate Entrance for $20 each day. Ages 2 and under are free. There is no discount for VIP as this is assigned seating.

If we are not sold out, you can purchase tickets at the box office. However, we recommend purchasing in advance on our website and day-of-show pricing increases.

Re-entry into the festival grounds is only allowed with the proper wristband. If you leave the venue with a beverage or a food item, please note that you will not be able to bring it back in.

Festival parking will be available adjacent to the hotel at the Dunes Resort for a fee. The address is: 1131 Back Bay Dr, Newport Beach, CA 92660. No parking will be allowed on the hotel property unless you are hotel guest.

Please note:

  • The front entrance of the hotel will be closed to both vehicle and pedestrian access on Saturday and Sunday during the festival.
  • Attendees will enter from Back Bay Drive, which is located one street past the Hyatt from Jamboree Road.

Absolutely NO PETS of any kind are allowed at the Subaru Newport Beach Jazz Festival.


Per the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are permitted on the festival grounds. Please note that under the ADA Act emotional support animals are not considered to be service animals. Absolutely NO PETS of any kind are allowed at the Subaru Newport Beach Jazz Festival.


Service animals must be pre-registered to attend, must wear a “service vest” at all times while on the Festival grounds, and may never be handled by or tethered to a person other than their owner. Service animals must always be in “Full Stay” command position when not performing the service for which they are trained.


No outside food or beverages are allowed under any circumstances. Our festival provides an option for everyone’s dietary restrictions. If you have a specific request, please let us know in advance so that we can communicate this to our food vendors in a timely manner. Your wristband allows you to come in and out of the festival – you may choose to dine at Shor restaurant on the Hyatt grounds or leave the premises to enjoy food more to your liking.

The Hyatt Regency Subaru Newport Beach Jazz Festival is accessible to all guests with disabilities.

ADA parking will be available. Parking is limited. Law enforcement will be present to verify identification and placard properly match.

Accessible restrooms will be located on the festival grounds for our patrons with disabilities.

For general admission ticket holders, a reserved ADA viewing area will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Because space is limited, each disabled patron is allowed one guest to accompany them. Seating is not provided in this area, so guests should bring blankets or low-back awn chairs. When you arrive, security can direct you to the designated area.

VIP assigned seating is available on our website in the ADA section. If seating in the ADA section is sold out on our website, then we are completely sold out and recommend purchasing General Admission tickets and arriving early to find space in the ADA viewing area.

No golf carts are allowed access on the festival grounds. If you are needing assistance on the hotel property, a golf cart assistance can be requested by texting 949-518-0490. If you need a cart that will accommodate a wheelchair please ensure you include that info, as the hotel has various cart styles and will want to ensure that they are fully prepared to meet your specific needs in a timely manner. Please note that the wait for a golf cart may take over an hour as they are assisting thousands of guests over the weekend.
